The bad...

Under the Trump regime, the Department of Defense scrapped a program dedicated to reducing civilian harm during combat operations in order to focus on increasing lethality. And they have apparently succeeded, as the U.S. bombing of a girls school in Iran resulted in the largest number of civilians killed by a single military attack in decades.

While it's not likely that the United States deliberately targeted the school, this heinous war crime is the direct result of the Trump regime's stance on war. They started this wholly unnecessary war with no valid justification. Even before starting this war, they cut programs aimed at protecting civilians during war, lowered the criteria needed for authorization of the use of lethal force, fired anyone who might have raised an objection to the selection of targets, and promoted the foolish belief that killing people and breaking things are signs of strength and superiority.

In just six days, the United States has spent over $11 billion on the war in Iran. The Trump regime is expected to submit a congressional request for additional funds. Some officials have said that request will be for an additional $50 billion, while others say it will be even higher.

The United States does not have sufficient munitions to keep up this war, though the Trump regime continues saying that they expect the attacks to escalate in the coming days or weeks. We are rapidly depleting our stockpiles of offensive weapons and ammunition, even though our reserves were already low before we started the war.

On February 28, more than 160 people (mostly children between 7 and 12 years old) were killed when the all-girls Shajareh Tayyebeh Elementary School in the city of Minab in the Hormozgan Province of Iran was bombed. An investigation has determined that the school was struck by Tomahawk cruise missiles, which are only being used by U.S. forces in this war.

It is assumed that the United States was targeting a nearby Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) compound. But whether the school bombing was due to poor targeting or poor intelligence, it is quite clear that the United States was responsible for the attack.

Donny 2-Dolls tried to blame the strikes on Iran, though he provided no evidence of his claims and no one else in the administration is suggesting that Iran bombed their own school.

Trump family war profiteering [Link]

Donny 2-Dolls' sons, Eric and Donald Jr., are investing in startup drone-maker Powerus Corporation that has hopes of selling drones to the U.S. military.

This is a blatant example of war profiteering, the practice of making unethical profits by supplying weapons or other military supplies or services during times of war. It's no coincidence that the Trump family is investing in a company producing exactly the type of weapons needed to fight the war their daddy just started.

This investment also signals that either daddy's war in Iran is not ending any time soon, or he has plans to continue his global acts of aggression elsewhere so his little boys can grow even richer off of the killing of soldiers and civilians around the world using taxpayer money.

What can you do this week?

No Kings Day #3 is March 28 [Link]

On June 14, 2025, more than five million Americans in over 2,000 cities joined together in solidarity to remind the Trump regime that in America, we have no kings. This was the first official "No Kings" day in the United States. On August 18, 2025, more than 7 million people in over 2,700 locations participated in the second No Kings day, the largest single-day protest in U.S. history.

This year, on March 28, we will once again take to the streets to continue to spread the word and remind Donny 2-Dolls that even though he's following in the footsteps of King George III, he'll never be a king. Sign up today to attend an event near you.

If you can't find an event in your area, you still have time to register your own event. For more information about the national strategy and to hear from other organizers about the event, register for the kick-off call on March 19 at 8:00 pm ET.

Operation Epstein Fury

  • Death toll passes 2,000, including over 1,300 civilians, with millions more in the region displaced due to the war.
  • Iran has effectively closed the Strait of Hormuz by attacking tankers from "aggressors and their allies."
  • The United States is positioning ground troops in the region.
  • Global oil prices continue to rise, with U.S. gas prices surging by almost 25% since the ware began.
  • Donny 2-Dolls has asked for assistance from China, the UK, France, and others, but has not received a response.
  • Iran threatens to designate Ukraine as a legitimate target for retaliatory strikes as Ukraine offers drones and assistance to Israel and the United States.
  • U.S. KC-135 refueling aircraft crashed following "unspecified" incident, killing all crew members.
  • More than 100 children among the 800 dead in Lebanon from Israeli strikes.

Russia to become chief beneficiary of war in the Middle East [Link]

Russia is the principal beneficiary of the Trump regime's unjustified war on Iran. After Russia's most-recent invasion of Ukraine in 2022, the world has placed heavy sanctions on Russian oil exports, making it difficult for Russia to sell its oil for a profit. But with worldwide oil prices surging, countries that depend on oil passing through the Strait of Hormuz are finding it difficult to purchase enough oil to meet their demands.

The United States has recently offered to rescind its sanctions on Russian oil for 30 days to help mitigate the global supply issues. With the lifted sanctions and the high oil prices, demand for Russian oil has easily doubled, particularly in India.
